On 9/16/2023, Louisa County approved an ordinance that permitted Short Term Rentals (STRs) By Right with Restrictions in R-1 and R-2 Growth Area Overlay Districts (GAOD) zoning in our Lake Anna area. If you intend to do short term rentals of your dwelling per the Ordinance, Louisa County requires that you fill out the “Transient Occupancy Tax Contact Information Form”. Short Term Rental Form- Complete this form and return it to the CNA Board to notify them of your lot being a Short-Term Rental property.
